PCP-SL attacks Ninth Command of the GC in Huamanga with power outage
Electric power was interrupted in Huamanga and there was a severe attack by the PCP-SL on the Ninth Command of the Civil Guard. Attacks were also carried out in other areas of the city. These events led the Political Military Command to order the execution of an operations plan for the protection of the population and assistance to the FFPP.
