Capture in hiking camp

A woman was forced to join a trekking camp in the Chaupimayo mountain in 1983. Upon fleeing and being captured by the military, she was raped and gave birth to a baby girl as a result of the rape.

One informant had been forced to join a hiker's camp in 1983, in the Chaupimayo mountain. Upon returning to Chapi, fleeing persecution, she was captured by the military. However, a major had her transferred back to Chapi where a captain sent her to live in his house. As a result of the rape, she gave birth to a girl.
