Assassination of Walter Wong, head of the National Institute of Culture

A PCP-SL annihilation commando entered the headquarters of the National Institute of Culture in Huamanga and shot its chief Walter Wong at point blank range. The subversives acted coldly, they did not even cover their faces and walked away from the premises with total tranquility. Wong died at the Huamanga airport when he was about to be evacuated to Lima.
