Campaign Beat I

Military operation carried out between July and October 1982 as part of the Batir agreement. It was the first of two campaigns, followed by Batir II which lasted until March 1983.

The Batir I Campaign was a military operation that ran from July 1982 to October 1982, as part of the third phase known as the Batir Agreement. This campaign was followed by Batir II, which lasted from November 1982 to March 1983. These operations were part of the Peruvian government's counter-subversive strategy during the initial period of the internal armed conflict.
