PCP-SL destroys railroad lines between Cuzco-Sicuani and Cuzco-Quillabamba
On April 23, members of the PCP-SL destroy the railway line between Cuzco-Sicuani and Cuzco-Quillabamba. This sabotage to the transportation infrastructure was part of the PCP-SL's strategy to affect the economy and isolate regions of the country.
