First general blackout in Lima due to PCP-SL attack

There was the first general blackout in Lima that lasted more than two hours, caused by PCP-SL attacks on high tension towers. It was followed by a synchronized series of dynamite attacks. This event began to modify the hypothesis about the real magnitude of the PCP-SL, until then considered practically a regional expression located in Ayacucho, with no major ramifications for the rest of the national territory.
