Political-military doctrinary school of the MIR-VR in Alto Shanusi
Military training school organized by the MIR-VR in January 1982 in Alto Shanusi, where fifteen combatants were trained in the handling of weapons, explosives and guerrilla warfare strategies to initiate the armed struggle.
In January 1982, the Revolutionary Left Movement (MIR-VR) organized a political-military doctrinal school in the area of Alto Shanusi. It was attended by a total of fifteen physically and ideologically fit combatants, determined to begin the armed struggle. The purpose of the school was to train future subversives in the theoretical and practical handling of weapons and explosives of war, guerrilla warfare strategies and hand-to-hand combat. This experience was important to consolidate the military strategy of the MIR in the San Martin area. The people who graduated from this school assumed new responsibilities and were divided by zones to have a greater area of influence in San Martín.
