Attack on the police post in Quinua

PCP-SL attack on the Quinua police post. In this attack, Sergeant Ramiro Flores Sulca was killed, becoming the first policeman to die due to PCP-SL actions. This attack was part of the PCP-SL's strategy of attacking rural police posts to gain weapons and means, as well as to train its younger cadres in combat situations.
