Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the PCP-SL
PCP-SL holds third plenary meeting to plan intensification of urban and rural actions
The SL Central Committee began its third plenary session. In this meeting they discussed how to increase the number of actions in the city, how to plan the growth of actions in the countryside, and how to organize policies by outlining a line of work that combined political, union and trade union actions with military actions. It was pointed out the convenience of trying to capture social mobilizations to turn them into violent conflicts, damaging and destroying state infrastructure, snatching harvests from well-to-do peasants, promoting land invasion and ambushing members of the Civil Guard.
