Hiker rapes girl during PCP-SL meetings in José Crespo y Castillo, Huánuco
One witness narrates that in the meetings that PCP-SL convened in her community, some of them raped, including one who raped a little girl. The case is evidence of sexual violence against minors in the context of forced meetings organized by PCP-SL.
