PCP-SL Deployment Plan
PCP-SL implements Deployment Plan to conquer weapons and create bases of support
The PCP-SL approved the 'Deployment Plan', which lasted from January 1981 to January 1983 and had as its objectives the campaigns of 'conquering arms and means', 'removing the countryside with guerrilla actions' and 'beating to advance towards the bases of support'. Within this plan two fundamental decisions were taken: the agreement on the 'blood quota' in May 1981 and the decision to 'beat the countryside' to create power vacuums and form the Popular Committees.
