Meeting where the PSR ML - MIR EM decided to prepare to enter into armed struggle
A meeting of the Expanded Unified National Secretariat was held with delegates from different regions of the country. In this meeting it was considered that Peru was in the transition from a pre-revolutionary to a revolutionary situation. The PSR ML - MIR EM was preparing to enter the armed struggle and the need to reinitiate the accumulation of military force as inherent instruments in the struggle for power was discussed.
