Rape of twelve year-old girl by PCP-SL youth
16-year-old PCP-SL youth rapes 12-year-old girl on trekking base
A person who lived in captivity tells of the case of a sixteen-year-old PCP-SL girl who had capitulated but was caught on the road and returned to the base because her mother was there. This young man had raped a twelve-year-old girl. The commanders called him about this but it is not known what they did to him afterwards. The case is evidence of rape of a minor in a PCP-SL camp.
