Orderly recess of UNE in 1977, during which Hugo Muñoz and Nilda Atanasio travel to China.
The National University of Education (UNE) is ordered to recess. Hugo Muñoz, husband of Nilda Atanasio, was seconded to the provinces during this period. Both ended up traveling to China. This recess was part of the military government's measures against universities. Upon his return, Atanasio returned to teaching at the UNE, clearly demonstrating his work as a Shining Path proselytizer.
