Attack on CORAH in Monzón

In 1984, the Communist Party of Peru - Shining Path (PCP-SL) carried out a violent attack on the CORAH project in Monzón, resulting in the deaths of 19 workers. This attack was part of a broader campaign of violence in the Huallaga Valley, which included multiple assaults on government and cooperative facilities.
