Attack against Canal 13 Red Global in Puno
In 1996, an attack was carried out against the facilities of Canal 13 Red Global in Puno. The attack is attributed to intelligence agencies of the Peruvian Army. Suboficial Fabio Javier Urquizo Ayma is currently being processed for his involvement in this incident.
En 1996 se perpetró un atentado contra las instalaciones de Canal 13 Red Global en Puno. El suboficial de tercera Fabio Javier Urquizo Ayma fue procesado por su participación en este atentado. Según la CVR, el atentado es atribuido a organismos de inteligencia del Ejército. Urquizo Ayma se encontraba en el establecimiento penal Miguel Castro Castro durante la investigación de la Comisión.
