Accusations Against Porfirio Suni Quispe and Others
In 1989, Porfirio Suni Quispe, a member of the Partido Unificado Mariateguista and regional deputy, was accused of being a 'professional agitator' and 'terrorist' by Harold Rafael Chávez, the manager of SAIS 'Aricoma'. The accusations were related to land takeovers and were supported by the police. The incident involved several other individuals, including members of the church and state, who were also accused of instigating unrest among the campesinos.
