Manuel Rosas Bure Camacho y otros diez pobladores de San Ignacio fueron detenidos y conducidos al Penal de Picsi. Los detenidos incluían dirigentes agrarios, defensores de bosques, presidentes de federaciones campesinas y rondas comunitarias de las provincias de Cajamarca, Piura y Lambayeque.
