Atentado al puesto de la GC en Huanzalá Dos de Mayo

El 17 de agosto de 1980 ocurrió un atentado al puesto de la Guardia Civil en Huanzalá, Dos de Mayo. Este evento se registra como parte de las actividades subversivas iniciadas en el departamento de Pasco en 1980 que se extendieron hacia la sierra huanuqueña. La ciudad de Huánuco fue utilizada como corredor hacia otras zonas y lugar de refugio del PCP-SL durante este período de violencia.
