Delivery of the CVR Final Report
CVR delivered its Final Report on August 27, 2003 documenting the internal armed conflict.
On August 27, 2003, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission delivered its Final Report to the country. The report documents the human rights violations that occurred during the internal armed conflict between 1980 and 2000. The document includes general conclusions, recommendations and a record of approximately 24,000 identified victims. FAP Lieutenant General Luis Arias Graziani signed the report under reserve, expressing disagreement with some aspects of the report.
