CVR interview with forensic doctor Yolanda Cáceres Bocanegra in Callao, carried out in the framework of the investigation of the case of María Magdalena Monteza Benavides and the allegations of rape during her detention in 1992.
Interview with Dr. Yolanda Cáceres Bocanegra, medical examiner and member of the Peruvian Society of Legal Medicine. The interview was conducted in the context of the CVR's investigation into the case of María Magdalena Monteza Benavides, who denounced having been a victim of rape during her detention by Army personnel in 1992. Dr. Cáceres Bocanegra had previously participated in the elaboration of the Legal Medical Certificate Nº39050-L of November 13, 1992, together with Dr. Judith Maguiña Romero, as part of the medical examinations carried out on Monteza Benavides.
