Testimony on the murder of eight family members in Tocache

In November 2002, a declarant testified before the CVR about the murder of eight of his relatives in Tocache, San Martin. The testimony was recorded in Huanuco and forms part of the documented cases of violence in the San Martin region during the internal armed conflict.
