Kidnapping and murder of family members in San Miguel

Mother and daughter narrate the kidnapping and murder of family members that occurred in San Miguel, province of La Mar, department of Ayacucho. The testimony was collected in October 2002 as part of the statements before the CVR. This case is part of the multiple murders and disappearances that affected entire families during the internal armed conflict in the area of La Mar. The declarants provided information on the loss of their loved ones in the context of the violence that plagued this Ayacucho region.
