Exhumation of grave in Ccarpaccasa
Exhumation and identification of the remains of four community members executed in Ccarpaccasa in 1983.
The Special Prosecutor's Office for Forced Disappearances conducted an exhumation in Ccarpaccasa with the participation of international experts from the CVR and experts from the Forensic Investigation Unit. The remains of the 4 victims executed in 1983 were located. Studies were carried out in a morgue in Ayacucho between August 30 and September 6, 2002, achieving positive identification of the community members and confirming the causes of death by gunshots. On September 6, 2002, the remains were handed over to the families.
