Reopening of investigation requested by family members

Antenógenes Haro Cruz requested the reopening of the investigation before the First Mixed Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Huaraz. The Prosecutor's Office ordered an extended police investigation against Roberto Espejo, Juan Sotelo Ibaceta and several members of the National Police: William Gioves Manrique, Francisco Arenas Osorio, Rufino Rosas Factor, Claudio Flores Salazar and Luis Garate Otero. The file was ordered to be forwarded to the Huaraz Criminal Investigation and Patrimony Prosecutor's Office to receive statements within fifteen days.
