Focus group with women in Accomarca
Focus group conducted with women from Accomarca where testimonies were documented on the psychological sequelae and aggressive manifestations derived from the violence of the internal armed conflict. Participants shared experiences on how exposure to violence since childhood affected their behavior and mental health.
Focus group conducted with women in Accomarca, Vilcashuamán, Ayacucho, as part of CVR's research activities. During this meeting, women participants shared testimonies about aggressive manifestations and psychological sequels derived from the violence experienced during the internal armed conflict. One of the participants recounted how she became aggressive after witnessing violence since she was six years old. The focus group made it possible to document the psychological and emotional impacts of violence on women in this affected community.
