Interview with Saturnina Figueroa, widow of Severino Huáscar Morales Ccente, in the community of Uchuraccay. Severino Morales was identified in Shining Path documents as 'commissary of the Popular Committee of Uchuraccay' and was locally responsible for the PCP-Sendero Luminoso in the community. The interview is part of the CVR's investigations into the events in Uchuraccay, including the massacre of journalists on January 26, 1983 and the violence that affected the community. Severino Morales was kidnapped and presumably murdered by the PCP-Sendero Luminoso in mid-1983.
