Leonor La Rosa is accused of torture
Contrapunto report denounced torture of Leonor La Rosa, SIE source, by SIE and Police Hospital.
On April 6, 1997, a report by Pamela Vértiz in the program Contrapunto denounced the torture of Leonor La Rosa, another SIE source for journalistic investigations. The case received dramatic media coverage due to the resulting serious disability. It was denounced as an attempt on her life perpetrated by the SIE in complicity with the Police Hospital, although other medical hypotheses were ruled out.
