Motion to investigate military situation of La Cantuta convicts

Congressmen from different parties proposed to Congress to appoint an investigative commission on the military situation and the relationship with the Armed Forces and the National Intelligence Service of those who were sentenced for the murder of a teacher and nine students of La Cantuta, as well as those who were granted amnesty under Law 26479.
