Death of Guadalupe Angulo Vela

Guadalupe Angulo Vela was a leader of parents' organizations or associations in Huanuco who was murdered in 1995. According to CVR records, the Army was allegedly responsible for her death. Her case is part of a series of murders of women leaders during the internal armed conflict in Peru. She is registered in the database of dead and/or disappeared women leaders documented by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
