Prosecutor charges abuse of authority against police officers in San Ignacio
Superior Prosecutor's Office charges three police officers with abuse of authority and injury against San Ignacio defenders
The Third Superior Prosecutor's Office of the Judicial District of Lambayeque filed a substantial accusation against César Coquis Coz, Antonio Benavides Samalvides and Óscar Rafael Villacrés Costa for the crimes of abuse of authority and injuries. The Prosecutor's Office requested that each of them be sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment, six thousand nuevos soles in joint and several civil reparation, one thousand nuevos soles for injuries, and disqualification for two years.
