Prosecutor's second visit to Moyuna
Second visit of the Prosecutor of the Nation to Moyuna on April 29, 1994, where she conducted autopsies of five corpses, contradicting her initial statement that there were no dead bodies in the area.
National Prosecutor Blanca Nélida Colán made a second visit to Moyuna on April 29, 1994, accompanied by a military patrol and two medical examiners. On this occasion, unlike her first visit where she stated that there were no dead, she performed the autopsy of five people (four men and one woman). According to her evaluation, these persons had died six months ago. The prosecutor justified not having brought the other two bodies found by arguing that 'they were closer'. This second visit took place in the context of the National Human Rights Coordinator's complaints about human rights violations during Operation Aries.
