PCP-SL leader in the Mantaro Valley was captured in a teacher's home
Angelica Salas de la Cruz, appointed head of the Mantaro Valley Sub-Zonal Committee of the PCP-SL in mid-1991, was captured on August 18, 1993 in the home of a professor at the School of Social Work. A university student known as 'Henry' worked under her orders.
