Disappearance of Javier Roca Casas

Javier Roca Casas, student at the University of Callao and press and propaganda secretary of the Federated Center, disappeared near his home. Members of the Navy acknowledged that on that day they carried out a search operation in the area, although they did not acknowledge having detained Javier Roca.
