Police torture and murder three young men in Trujillo

Police intervene in the district of El Porvenir, Trujillo, where they detain and torture young Jessica Rosa Chávez Ruiz (17 years old), worker Pedro Javier Cruz Guzmán (28 years old) and Héctor Rodríguez (28 years old), who were participating in a social activity in the Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre human settlement. These young men were later found dead.
