Destruction of the Municipality and Cristo Rey parish in Juliaca

Two dynamite and ampho explosions destroyed the municipality and part of the Cristo Rey parish in Juliaca. This simultaneous attack against civil and religious institutions shows the Shining Path's strategy of attacking symbols of the State and the Church. The explosions caused significant material damage.
