Landmine explosion kills 13 troops in Los Frailones
PCP-SL mines kill 13 police and military personnel in Cajamarca
Warrant officer Roberto Flores, accompanied by twelve members of the PNP and five members of the Army, was traveling in a private car when, near Los Frailones in Cajamarca, mines planted by members of the PCP-SL exploded. All were killed in the attack.
