Detention and rape at DINCOTE

An affiant was detained in the district of Miraflores on February 16, 1993 and subsequently transferred to the DINCOTE premises, where she was the victim of rape. During her detention at DINCOTE, the affiant was subjected to forced nudity, beatings by men and women, and constant groping. The testimonies indicate that sexual violations were frequent practices at DINCOTE during interrogations and at night, with the detainees being taken to the beach at night. Sexual violence occurred permanently and in all circumstances, especially during interrogations.
