Andrea Lidi Tutacano Tucapuca was a leader murdered in Puno in 1993. According to CVR records, she appears in the database of women leaders killed and/or disappeared during the internal armed conflict. The PCP-SL (Communist Party of Peru - Shining Path) is identified as the alleged perpetrator of her death. Her case is part of the systematic offensive of the PCP-SL against social leaders, particularly women leaders of popular organizations throughout the country.
