Military patrol kills eight drug traffickers to steal 300 kilos of drugs in Balsayacu
A military patrol under the command of Captain José Penas Sandoval, Lieutenant Werner Huamaní Tipismana and others killed eight drug traffickers to rob them of 300 kilos of drugs. This case, known as the 'Ninja Case', was later investigated and prosecuted in 1993.
