Disappearance of student Justiniano Fredy Vicente Rivera
Student disappeared and 20 days later found dead in irrigation canal
Justiniano Fredy Vicente Rivera disappeared on September 7, 1992. Twenty days after his disappearance, his body was found floating in the irrigation canal near the 'Cahuide' tap, near the university town. His body had a severed jugular vein and his knees were badly bruised.
