House search at Samuel Dyer Ampudia's house
DINCOTE conducts house search at Samuel Dyer's house with the presence of prosecutors and military personnel.
On approximately July 31, 1992, Samuel Dyer Ampudia was taken to his home for an inspection by members of the DINCOTE in the presence of members of the Army. Prosecutor Fabiola Peña Tavera participated in the inspection and forbade Samuel Dyer to look at her or speak to her. The police officers told him that, without his presence, they had carried out inspections in the warehouses of his company in Breña and his offices in San Isidro. After the search, he was taken back to the Pentagonito where his statement was taken.
