Announcement of National Dialogue for Peace

The President of the Council of Ministers, Óscar de la Puente Raygada, announces the creation of a commission integrated by four Ministers of State with the purpose of carrying out the 'National Dialogue for Peace and Development'. This announcement is made in the context of the Emergency and National Reconstruction Government, established after the coup d'état of April 5, 1992. The initiative seeks to promote dialogue at a time of constitutional crisis and political violence in the country.
