Requisition agreed in Castro Castro with the presence of prosecutors and the Red Cross
On April 14, 1992, a raid was carried out at Castro Castro prison in the presence of prosecutors and members of the International Committee of the Red Cross, after a previous unsuccessful attempt that forced the National Police to sign a compromise agreement with the Shining Path inmates.
