Detention and torture of woman by Army troops in Naranjitos

Army detains and tortures person for wearing beard in Naranjitos, Bagua, Amazonas

The declarant was detained by members of the Army. The argument for his detention was that all the terrorists wore beards, therefore he was a terrorist because he had one. The soldiers beat him with the butts of their rifles and with their shoes, and pulled his hair while he was blindfolded. His hands were tied with a chain and his feet in the same way. The case is evidence of arbitrary detentions based on prejudices about physical appearance.
