Arbitrary execution of Zózimo Llactahuamán Huaranca
Alleged subversive tortured and executed, his body dumped on the road with hands bound
On December 19, 1991, the body of Zózimo Llactahuamán Huaranca, approximately 26 years old, was found at kilometer 4 of the Vía Los Libertadores Highway. The body had three bullet impacts in the head and his hands and feet were tied. A manuscript was found with red ink indicating that he was a traitor. Agent Carrión's diary details his detention, torture and murder, indicating that since he did not want to 'talk', he was executed with three shots in the head. He was known as Comrade 'Dante'.
