Congress repeals legislative decrees

Congress repeals 6 legislative decrees including National Intelligence System Law

In the few days remaining until the closing of the ordinary legislature on December 15, Congress repealed 6 decrees, including 746, the National Intelligence System Law, because it left the Intelligence Service outside any democratic control. In response, the President observed these repeals and did not promulgate them. Then on February 7, the Congressional Board enacted Law 25399 containing the norms repealing these decrees.
