Presentation of the counter-subversion manual by analysis group
Analysis group presented counter-subversive manual to high command on November 18, 1991
On November 18, 1991, Lieutenant Colonel Rodriguez Zabalbeascoa presented a counter-subversive manual to the Army high command, as ordered by SIN chief Salazar Monroe. This presentation was the reason why the group was congratulated by the President of the Republic. The analysis group was composed of four members of the SIE (Rodríguez Zabalbeascoa, Martin Rivas, Pichilingüe Guevara and Flores Albán), two officers of the SIN and a lieutenant of the Peruvian Navy.
