Legislative Decree 677 on labor participation
Legislative decree that modified the labor participation in profits, management and corporate property, replacing the existing labor community regime.
The Peruvian government published Legislative Decree 677, which substantially modified the labor participation regime in the country's companies. This norm altered the participation of workers in the profit, management and ownership of the companies. The decree replaced the labor community regime that previously existed. This measure was part of the structural reform package implemented by the government of Alberto Fujimori during 1991.
