Arbitrary execution of Luis Contreras Palomino and Aquilino Flores Alca
Electrical mechanic from Los Cabitos barracks and another person killed in bar in Ayacucho
On September 14, 1991, at approximately 5:00 p.m., unknown persons entered the bar 'El Copón' and without saying a word killed Luis Contreras Palomino, who worked as an electrical mechanic at the Los Cabitos barracks. Aquilino Flores Alca was fatally shot when he went out to chase the killer. Agent Carrión's diary identifies the main victim with the initials 'LC' and mentions that he was killed for being an alleged subversive infiltrator entering the Los Cabitos barracks.
